JEWELRY CARE

Plated Jewelry

Zenobia Online's plated jewelry is quality metal alloy material plated in either yellow gold, rose gold, or silver and rhodium. Copper chain and tubing are also used. To ensure the life of plated jewelry, do not expose it to water. Please remove your jewelry while exercising, bathing, and swimming, and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair products, or other chemicals.

Zenobia Online recommends cleaning your plated jewelry using a lightly dampened, soft cloth. Make sure to fully dry the piece before wearing or storing it. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish. We suggest storing your plated jewelry separately from other jewelry. Please remember that this is not fine jewelry. Zenobia Online highly recommends that you follow these instructions carefully.

Fine Jewelry

GOLD

While gold is tarnish resistant, it can get dirty or smudged. To care for your fine jewelry, we recommend cleaning it with a mild detergent or ammonia solution. You can use a soft brush but avoid using an abrasive material as it can scratch the gold. Be sure to rinse and wipe clean.

 PEARLS

If you have a fine jewelry piece that contains a pearl, extra care should be taken. Cultured pearls are precious jewels and should be treated accordingly. Cosmetics, hair sprays, and perfume should be applied before putting on pearl jewelry. Extra care can be taken by wiping the pearl carefully with a soft cloth to remove any traces of these substances when you take off the jewelry. You can also wash your pearl with mild soap and water. Do not clean cultured pearls with any chemicals, abrasives or solvents.

ENAMEL

All enamel used in this jewelry is handmade and delicate. The enamel is strong and long-lasting, however, it is imperative to follow these care instructions to ensure longevity and to keep your enamel looking new and vibrant: Please keep enamel away perfumes, hand cream/lotion, detergents, soap, and liquid and ultrasonic jewelry cleaners. To clean enamel jewelry, use a soft toothbrush or cloth with warm water. Rinse and wipe with a soft cloth to dry. Accidentally dropping enamel jewelry on a hard floor/surface may cause cracks or chips.

 MULTI-CHARM

It is normal for multi-charm jewelry to experience slight wear as the various charms come into contact with one another. Zenobia Online is not responsible for the natural scratches that will form on your jewelry.

SHIPPING AND SERVICE

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Zenobia Online reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-4 business days. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of ship date. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail. Shipping destinations: United States.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item should arrive within 7 business days.

COMPLETED ORDERS

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

FINE JEWELRY

All sales are final. Certain fine jewelry may be exchanged at Zenobia Online’s discretion within 3 days of purchase, subject to a 20% stocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

PLATED JEWELRY

Plated jewelry may be exchanged for a store credit within 7 days of receipt, subject to Zenobia Online’s sole assessment as to whether the jewelry is in the same condition that it was purchased in. We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from the Zenobia Online website.

REPAIRS

FINE JEWELRY

Should you wish to make any alterations to your fine jewelry, or require a repair, please contact Zenobia.online.email@gmail.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it has been determined that there is a manufacturer defect.

PLATED JEWELRY

Plated jewelry is not eligible for repair or replating. However, we kindly ask that you bring any issue experienced within 30 days of purchase to our attention. Should there be a problem with your jewelry within the 7 day exchange window, we are happy to extend a credit to you for the value of your piece.

REPLACEMENTS

If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by the company that a change would be beneficial, or said item is sold out.

RETIRED PRODUCT

Zenobia Online will not claim responsibility for any items that may become retired or completely discontinued without notice.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Zenobia Online reserves the right to have periodic promotions throughout the year. Discounts apply to regular priced items within the guidelines of the promotion. Discounts will be applied to your cart subtotal before taxes and shipping. Applicable taxes and fees will still be applied. The discount is only valid through the dates listed on the promo. You may redeem one promotion code per order.

CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We aim to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on the website at all times. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

In the event a catalog product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Zenobia Online shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Zenobia Online shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

SITE IMAGERY

Zenobia Online provides images of each item on the Site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE/TERMINATION

Zenobia Online reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that Zenobia Online shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that Zenobia Online reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms or for such other reason as determined by Zenobia Online.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service or the Site. You acknowledge that the Site and the Service contains copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property of Zenobia Morrow. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Zenobia Online owns the copyright to the Site, all images on the Site and on all designs as well as the rights in several trademarks. You agree not to infringe upon Zenobia Online’s intellectual property rights in any manner.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and to hold Zenobia Online and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs regarding your breach of the Terms and/or any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, Product, or Service or your violation or alleged violation of any rights of another.
